at the lovely Academy of Music on Main St.
This event is the latest part of a long series
starting with Roger's free concert in the
Pines Theater in 1983. It was the first
rock and roll concert EVER in the Pines Theater.
This concert is created in the spirit of 1967
in San Francisco. It is free to
the public thanks to our sponsors. A
sponsor list will follow. Please patronize
these businesses because without them, it
would not exist. There is no admission charge
and no public funding whatsoever for this

Performances by the much
heralded songwriter Roger Salloom, the venerable
Charles Neville of the Neville Bros., and masterful
songwriter Eric Olsson with the funk princes, Unit
7. There is some possibility of Carlos Alomar,
32 gold and platinum record, recipient... guitarist
legend also on the show...Carlos played with James
Brown, David Bowie for decades, John Lennon, Mick
Jagger et al...
We will have a complete

Our offering to replace the 25th annual Pines Theater Show will be a screening of the multiple award-winning film about Roger followed by a live concert with Roger and his band on Sept. 7th at the Academy of Music in Northampton, MA. You can come only to the film starting at 7pm, only to the concert or both for the very low entrance fee of $10.
100% of which will go directly to the Academy of Music-thanks to our sponsors!
This award-winning film about Roger will be followed by a Q&A session with the film's producer/director, Chris Sautter. The evening will conclude with a concert by Roger and his band. The concert will start about 8:30pm.
